A perfect day on Silver Lake. A blue sky with scattered puffy, fluffy clouds. The trees were polluting the air with the crisp smell of moist mountains. The twenty five year old man in this picture is Jerry Anthony Cova. Born February 10, 1963 to Babe and Margaret Cova, Jerry was an outdoorsy kid due to the lack of Facebook and X-Box. At four years old, Jerry's father, Babe, had taken full custody of Jerry and his brother, Pete. Jerry learned to hunt, fish, and ultimately become a man.
After graduating from El Dorado Highschool in 1981, Jerry then attended Butte College after declining their football offer. After a year in Chico, jerry decided that college was not his forte. So he migrated north to Boise, Idaho where he would work for his future father in-law.
Later, after his ups and downs in Boise, Jerry moved back to California. But this time, he moved down with his future wif, Chris nelson. And this is where this picture takes place. An early summer morning in 1988. Seven years after Jerry had graduated highschool, he had pretty much figured out his soulmate, his carrer choice, and where he would reside with his soon to be family. But today in 1988, he was fishing with his girlfriend Chris. Though still seven years away from his first child, Cody, Jerry had his life on track for a happy, healthy family of four.
